Operations Support Specialist (Level 2) – DRMIS Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide site management and operational support to DRMIS users across the division and, as required, affiliated organizations
• Perform business analysis of functional requirements , including workflows, procedures, and decision processes
• Monitor, update, and maintain SAP/DRMIS user profiles, roles, and access permissions
• Identify, evaluate, and implement improvements to operational procedures and business processes
• Support ERP (DRMIS) system usage , ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational objectives
