Job Role: SAP SuccessFactors - Data Migration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead the migration of payroll data from our legacy AS400 IBM payroll system to the cloud-based Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) solution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in payroll data migration, thorough knowledge of developing conversion using SAP BODS and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), with hands‑on experience managing multiple payroll instances including production, test, and development environments. He should have good skills to analyze ETL issues and fix them independently. Should have experience in DATA Migration Project with an end‑to‑end SAP Payroll implementation experience.
