SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Position Overview

EPI-USE Canada is urgently hiring for SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC) solutions.
• Provide expertise in LMS and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), ensuring seamless integration and system optimization.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors modules, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
