Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in large project/program management with Government jurisdictions and/or large private sector organizations.
• Experience in delivering at least 2 end-to-end implementations. Implementation in a public sector workplace with S/4HANA would be an asset.
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors specifically with Employee Central.
• Proven expertise in hands-on configuration of SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in using HR Mini Master to support workflow/approvals.
