Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of SAP GTS (Integral Trade Services) including Compliance Management, Customs, and Risk Management.
• Configure and integrate SAP GTS with S/4HANA for seamless business operations.
• Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide suitable SAP GTS solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to resolve day-to-day tickets and manage individual change requests.
• Implement trade preference processes, customs declarations, and risk management protocols.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SAP GTS with OTC, P2P, SD, MM, and TM processes.
• Configure business processes using Signavio, ARIS, or Visio for trade and customs solutions.
• Work directly with business users and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and technical skills.
