Provide L2/L3 AMS Support for SAP EWM in a productive environment.
Resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Monitor EWM interfaces, IDocs, queues, and background jobs.
Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, TM, MM, SD, and QM.
Functional & Technical Activities.
Configure and support EWM processes such as Inbound & Outbound Delivery Processing; Putaway and Picking (RF / Fiori); Packing, Deconsolidation, Wave Management; Physical Inventory.
Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes.
Coordinate transport management across landscapes (DEV–QAS–PRD).
Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration.
Interact with Warehouse users and business stakeholders in Brazil.
