Reporting to the Information Technology Services Manager, the SAP Basis and Solution Lead provides senior technical leadership for the SAP technical landscape, overseeing day‑to‑day BASIS operations to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability. The position coordinates and leads SAP technical activities such as patches, upgrades, system refreshes, and environment maintenance, while proactively monitoring and resolving technical risks impacting SAP operations.
