At Sandbox, the Accounting Clerk supports the Accounting department by ensuring financial transactions are processed efficiently. You'll perform a variety of clerical duties, assist with record-keeping, and help train other clerical staff. Your role is essential in maintaining organizational effectiveness while making the workplace enjoyable for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payments from brokers and clients
• Organize and locate incoming documents as needed
• Maintain accurate filing of accounting documents
• Field department phone calls during busy times
• Assist with month-end and quarterly financial processes

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Six months of office experience preferred
