Job Overview



We are seeking a Sanctions Enforcement Specialist to support the USD Clearing & Payments – Sanctions Enforcement and Exceptions team. The role involves reviewing and investigating transactions flagged for potential sanctions violations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting payment transparency and operational control processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in OFAC sanctions investigations, regulatory compliance, and payment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Level reviews of transactions flagged in the OFAC exception queue for potential sanctions violations.
  • Conduct investigations on payments held for regulatory reasons and ensure timely follow-ups on case investigations.
  • Analyze investigation findings to determine the appropriate action on transactions.
