Dre’s Hair Salon and Beauty Supply is a barbershop specializing in afro hair, skin fade, hair tattoo located in Kelowna, BC. We are looking for a Full-Time Salon Manager (NOC 60040)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $36.60/hour.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Dre’s Hair Salon
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
• Plan and control budget and inventory
• Prepare daily cash‑out reports, track sales, and deposit revenue
• Assist with payroll preparation by tracking hours worked and reporting to the payroll service/provider
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
• Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
• Order and maintain adequate stock levels of hair and beauty products, tools, and supplies
