About This Opportunity

Salesforce Techno Functional Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a techno-functional lead for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
  • Lead requirement gathering workshops, solution design discussions, and stakeholder alignment
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Provide functional guidance and technical direction to developers and admins
  • Own end-to-end delivery including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Ensure best practices around Salesforce configuration, customization, security, and data model
  • Collaborate with business, product owners, and integration teams
  • Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
