6-7+ pods spread out for each business unit with teams per pod (Deal Manager, Legal, Field IQ, LinkIQ, Digital Marketing, etc)
Doing a deduplication effort before ability to move to data cloud
Pipeline projects include Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice/Agentforce Voice, Mulesoft expansion and a new Pod focused around Collections & CAM
40+ people across the teams. A director of Architecture that oversees the pods, most of the team stretched thin on multiple projects
