Working for this fast-paced services organisation as the Salesforce Administrator/Analyst you will be the key point of contact for all things Salesforce and act as the SME for the organisation.
Key activities
Perform administration of Salesforce including configuration, creation of custom objects and fields, modifying record types, page layouts and related lists
Investigate and analyse issues, identify causes, and deliver solutions
Analyse data, produce reports deliver insights
Produce monthly customer reporting using data from multiple sources (including outside Salesforce)Identify data inaccuracies and introduce controls to improve data integrity
Plan, create and conduct Salesforce training for users in partnership with People & Culture
Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies to support the growth and strategic direction of the organisation
