The successful candidates will receive a minimum 6-month training program that includes specific milestones to be achieved. Salary increases are fixed based on the achievement of objectives.

Source and nurture new business, both directly with end-clients, as well as through partner channels/relationships, learning when to leverage partners and when to take the lead.
Interact with new and existing clientele, including Sr. management, to cultivate opportunities in the Mobility Management space.
Sell solutions into multiple industries (retail, logistics, healthcare, field services, etc.).
In person meetings and relationship building (in the field), travel is required.
Use a variety of Ai tools to improve efficiency and expand opportunities.
