We are looking for a highly adaptable and fast-reacting Sales Team Leader who remains resilient under pressure and seasonal fluctuations. You will manage sales teams operating across different markets and time zones, each with varying performance levels, motivations, and challenges.

Important Time Zone Requirement

The role requires availability aligned with late afternoons in Lithuania (EET/EEST) for coordination with the core team, while also working across international markets.

Compensation

• Commission-only structure
• First year: approx. USD 15,000
• Second year: approx. USD 20,000
• Thereafter: negotiable
• Quarterly and yearly performance bonuses
