As a Sales Team Lead, you will lead a regional, cross‑functional squad with full ownership of business outcomes. Your mission is to define and drive the squad’s vision, targets, and performance metrics while working closely with enterprise stakeholders in an Agile environment. You will continuously refine priorities, optimize ways of working, and ensure the squad is enabled to achieve its financial and commercial goals. This role is highly hands‑on and outcome‑driven, with a strong focus on financial KPIs, customer growth, and pipeline ownership.
