The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the Kitchener office, ensuring a highly organized, professional, and efficient environment that supports both internal teams and visiting customers. This role blends sales support, office management, and logistics coordination, with a primary focus on maintaining operational excellence across the showroom, sample library, and office infrastructure.
