As the Sales Support Specialist, you will function in multiple roles that support the performance of the store’s retail experience. You will ensure an extraordinary customer experience by facilitating the coordination of customers being welcomed in, prioritizing transactions, and advising of any waiting time. You will own the store’s service customer experience, troubleshoot effectively, and resolve or follow up on customer issues, ensuring customers’ needs are addressed promptly and communicating with the management team effectively.
Additionally, you will maintain positive experience for our internal/external customers by upholding store operating procedures, including inventory management, cash management, point‑of‑sale paperwork/record‑keeping, merchandising standards, and safety and security requirements.
