About This Opportunity

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

We’re growing and are excited to be expanding into our Montreal office, where the HQ office is located.

  • Provide sales support for in-house Sales Managers and remote Sales Reps
  • Effectively manage office phone line and provide prompt and immediate service for all accounts and reps that need immediate assistance.
  • Enter various forms of data; purchase orders, SMU forms, and others as assigned
  • Verify orders are accurate and received with enough lead-time to ship on time
  • Help execute account special requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with allocations, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure all product ships on time
  • Serve as the critical intermediate between sales and credit and keep them proactively informed of issues
