Support the Project Consultants by preparing accurate estimates, quotes, and pricing takeoffs from plans and specifications.
Ensure all customer details are complete and up to date in CRM/ERP systems.
Prepare and finalize contract documents in coordination with the Project Consultant and/or Sales Supervisor.
Act as the primary liaison for internal coordination between Sales, Finance, Operations, Order Entry, Shipping and service to ensure timely flow of information and proactive communication on project status.
Assist with walk-in customer inquiries and showroom support when required.
Follow up on outstanding items needed to convert quotes to orders.
Order Entry & Documentation (Approx. 20%)
Accurately input approved orders into the OMNI ERP system, ensuring all information is verified and complete.
