Sales Recruiter

As a Sales Recruiter at Vivazen, you will focus on high‑volume hiring of Territory Sales Representatives across key markets. You will manage the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening through scheduling, offer support, orientation, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own high volume recruiting activity focused on go‑to‑market sales hiring.
• Conduct 10 to 12 recruiter screens per day with speed, energy, and quality.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, warm leads, and internal tools.
• Partner with hiring leaders to keep interview blocks full and pipelines moving.
• Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Build clean, organized pipelines and keep ATS and notes fully up to date.
