**MAIN DUTIES** • **Training Needs Analysis & Content Design:** Analyze region-specific training needs and design practical training programs, tools, and sales kits. Manage the annual Sales Training & Coaching calendar and budget. • **Training & Coaching (Classroom & On-Field):** Deliver classroom and field training for ASM/OM/DSR levels, coaching the team to master Sales Fundamentals and apply Nestlé's principles. • **Capability Building & Performance Management (OOH):** Qualify and develop ASM/FSS candidates; run performance reviews and root-cause analysis on key KPIs (call quality, conversion, customer base growth, SKU penetration). Identify gaps and drive targeted coaching. • **Special Projects:** Support OOH-related sales projects as assigned.
