Responsibilities
Source carriers and negotiate competitive rates for truckload and LTL freight across various lanes
Manage the entire shipment lifecycle: booking, dispatching, tracking, delivery confirmation, and documentation
Source new clients and generate freight volumes
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers to drive recurring business
