The Sales Operations & Business Intelligence Lead is responsible for driving execution excellence across the Sales organization through best-in-class forecasting, performance tracking, scorecard governance, and actionable business insights.
This role serves as the key connection point between Sales, Demand, Supply, and Finance to ensure alignment against Mars Petcare’s commercial and supply chain strategy. The individual will lead sales forecasting governance, monitor execution against key business KPIs, and develop scorecards and tracking mechanisms that improve visibility, accountability, and decision‑making across the organization.
