We are hiring a Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant for a small, fast-growing company in the cleaning services industry. This is a Full-Time remote role for a United States based company. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls/messages, qualify leads, and book services using provided scripts and pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch cleaners, handling day-of logistics such as property access and real-time issue resolution.
• Manage customer communications via phone, SMS, and email; process reschedules and service adjustments professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling tools, track job status and KPIs, and produce daily/weekly reports.
