Off Trade - Retail & Specialized Channels
▸ Identify, win and retain key accounts: buying groups, major national retailers, specialized chains and delicatessens - in Belgium and internationally
▸ Negotiate listings, commercial agreements, pricing and promotional plans; ensure flawless execution from A to Z
▸ Maximize shelf visibility through merchandising, POS materials, product launches and in-store activations
▸ Build sales forecasts and coordinate needs with production and logistics to ensure product availability
