Sales Manager – Commercial HVAC (OEM)

We’re partnering with a privately held, growth-oriented HVAC manufacturer serving the commercial and institutional markets (schools, high-rise residential, hospitality). The team is looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager to elevate performance, drive strategic growth, and bring stronger structure to a solid but evolving sales organization.

What the Team Needs

This is not a “maintain the status quo” leadership role. The business needs a player‑coach who can:

• Drive revenue and margin growth across existing accounts while opening new markets and channels
