The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the team(s) supporting accounts to drive revenue and business growth, lead a sales team, and manage customer success motions (onboarding, adoption, health checks and voice of the customer) and/or revenue retention motions (product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Responsible for managing, building, and developing strategic client relationships through engagement with the Sales Director and external-facing clients.
