Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
A first impression is so important. In this role you will create a welcoming atmosphere, greet potential clients and direct and monitor the flow of showhome traffic;
You will take client registrations and communicate them with the Area Sales Manager so they can follow up with them, and record daily traffic using Salesforce and LotFX;
You will answer telephone calls and direct inquires to the Area Sales Manager;
Provide information to clients on the community, product lines and Dream;
Assist with community signage, such as ensuring sold signs are put up and directional A-frames aren’t knocked down;
Maintain a clean and tidy sales center office and showhome (i.e., sweeping, vacuuming, taking out garbage as required), so the sales center and show home are always on...
