We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to become the cornerstone of our client and vendor experience. This is a hands-on role for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients from the initial inquiry through the flawless execution of their event. You will be responsible for managing all event logistics, cultivating strong vendor relationships, and leading our small, dedicated on-site team to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Sales (40%):
Serve as the main client liaison for all events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Conduct compelling venue tours and presentations to secure new business.
Manage the entire event lifecycle: creating detailed proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing deposits.
