Job Responsibilities
CRM and data discipline – Own data quality in HubSpot or Q360; Ensure all deals, contacts, activities are complete and accurate; Generate weekly pipeline reports.
Proposal and RFP management – Own end-to-end RFP response coordination; Maintain a reusable content library; Assemble proposals using standard templates; Ensure deadlines are met.
Sales enablement support – Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations; Ensure materials reflect current offerings.
Internal coordination – Track dependencies for proposals and deals; Follow up internally to unblock progress.
KPIs – Proposal turnaround time; RFP submission success rate; CRM data completeness; Sales team time saved; Close rate influence.
