Adecco is currently hiring a Sales Director to join our client, a top-tier global consumer goods (CPG/FMCG) company . This role is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies across Out of Home channels, including Wholesale, Distributors, On-the-Go (Impulse/Vending), and HoReCa, to drive sales growth and profitability. The position requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to navigate a dynamic retail environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will collaborate cross‑functionally with Canadian, NAM, and global teams, including Food Service, Sales Strategy, and Marketing, to develop sustainable business recommendations and execute Joint Business Plans. The role also focuses on team leadership and talent development through coaching, training, and performance management while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
