Job Responsibilities Lead, manage, and expand the Indonesia sales team to achieve company growth targets. Recruit, train, and monitor Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales members. Drive team performance in terms of: FTD acquisition IB registrations Net deposit growth Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and client acquisition. Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve team productivity and conversion. Maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and business partners.
