Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and develop their U.S. sales team . This role is critical in driving performance, strengthening leadership within the team, and supporting the continued transformation of the commercial structure.
This individual will oversee a team of Territory Sales Managers while also influencing broader sales functions, including Business Development and inside sales. The Director of Sales will operate as both a strategic leader and hands‑on coach, partnering closely with executive leadership to align on priorities, execution, and long‑term growth.
