We are looking for an experienced Sales Director (m/f/d) for our Market Organization in Portugal. The location should be in the Lisbon region.
Your tasks
Market development: Build new business relationships and identify/prioritize market potential across segments, regions, use cases, and partners in Portugal
Grow existing accounts: Systematically expand current customer relationships (share of wallet, cross-/upsell, multi-site rollouts)
Pipeline & forecastin g: Own opportunities, quotes, projects, and contacts in Salesforce/SAP; deliver reliable forecasts
Site leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the local team; set clear goals, run 1:1s, reviews
P&L ownership: Manage revenue, margin, and OPEX; steer pricing, terms, and profitability
Go-to-market: Drive local campaigns, events/associations, and build a partner/channel network (distributors, system integrators)
