Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for driving the sales strategy, growth, and profitability of the companyβs slab/countertop and flooring products in Quebec and Eastern Canada, including the Atlantic territories. This role includes developing and executing sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with customers, distributors and vendors, expanding market share, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring product quality and service.
