We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead local market expansion and build a high-performing sales team across key U.S. regions. This role is responsible for driving ground-level customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a local BD / sales team
Drive customer acquisition through Warehouses / fulfillment centers (3PLs) and US Local E-commerce sellers (Target, Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
Develop sales strategies and execution plans
Monitor performance and optimize sales efficiency; collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer success and retention
