Mapal is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our GTM-SALES SDR team. This role is a key position within the GTM team. It is exclusively focused on inbound activities regarding marketing leads.
The SDR at Mapal is responsible for receiving, qualifying, and rigorously following up on all incoming leads (Request a Demo, Marketing Qualified Leads, etc.), ensuring a smooth, fast, and high-quality experience for every prospect. This role requires excellent coordination with the Marketing and Sales teams, as well as a high level of rigor regarding processes, SLAs, and qualification quality.
