Com-Plex Systems Ltd. is an established Electrical and Life Safety service and installation contractor celebrating over 40 years of service in the GTA. We are looking to add a Sales Coordinator to our sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for all sales and account management processes
Prepare proposals, reports, and ad hoc documents as needed
Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Work closely with sales staff ensure seamless operations
Liaise with internal teams including Accounting, Estimating, Service and Operations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A background in the electrical or fire protection industry is an asset
