The Sales Consultant, under the direction of the Sales Manager, will primarily be responsible sell/lease new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
Job Duties
Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers utilizing the CRM as well as Upgrade System
Makes an average of 40 outgoing calls per day to potential customers as well as follow ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Participates in daily sales workshops, one to one meeting with Sales Manager every week as well as a weekly combined sales meeting
Ensures constant touch with customers who are allocated to the salesperson arising from appointments from internet and phone leads, customers in good position to purchase in the Upgrade System, customers who are in their database but not in the Upgrade System and inactive service database allocated to them by ...
