Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support store security
• Assist management with day-to-day store operations and staff oversight
• Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory control and loss prevention
• Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and support timely bank deposits
• Implement visual displays and merchandising standards as directed
• Oversee store maintenance, cleanliness and presentation
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely manner
