Summary of responsibilities: A Sales associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while working towards achieving individual and store targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure high customer service by greeting, assisting, and applying the company’s standards. • Increase the store’s sales by suggesting alternatives, following up on customers’ requests, and performing up-selling and cross-selling techniques. • Maintain solid product knowledge and follow the latest trends to provide confident and relevant customer advice. • Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/Sales promotion events. • Handle customers’ complaints professionally and escalate any service issues to the store manager/Assistant Store Manager for suitable resolution.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, floor stocks, and efficient process of items.
