The Recruiter – Fulfillment & Operations will own the full-cycle recruiting process for USHS's back-end operational workforce. This role is responsible for attracting, screening, and placing top talent in roles that directly power our service delivery — including field technicians, installers, dispatchers, schedulers, and back-office support staff.
