About The Role
Amrize is looking for a Sales Administrator who can support the accounting and project management teams by helping to track project expenses, processing invoices and ensuring accurate data entry into our software.

What You Will Accomplish

• Verify and process subcontractor invoices in SAP and input verified subcontractor invoice amounts.
• Monitor subcontractor PO limits to proactively manage increased requests and prevent payment delays.
• Assist with onboarding new vendors, including completing Venquest forms and assisting with Avetta safety program requirements.
