Job Title: Safety Specialist
Job Description
The Safety Specialist oversees all safety-related needs on active projects and ensures that teams work safely and in compliance with established protocols. This role reviews daily work activities, engages with onsite team members, and promotes a culture of safety through accountability and positive behavioral influence. The Safety Specialist collaborates closely with the client and the Territory Safety Lead to meet and exceed safety program goals while completing all required reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities

+ Review all work activities on site during the assigned shift to promote safe work practices and ensure appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

+ Engage directly with craft and field personnel to reinforce safety expectations, address unsafe behaviors, and encourage positive behavioral change.
