Job Description

The Safety Administrator supports the safety team and our districts to achieve safety excellence. This individual will have an extensive administrative background and possess strong computer and organizational skills. A safety background would be considered a definite asset but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Safety Leaders including preparing presentations, gathering data and information and preparing reports for expenses, etc.
• Gather the required documentation and information and upload them to ensure compliance with various 3rd party safety pre‑qualification platforms
• Update safety data as required by district and safety leaders on an ongoing basis and respond to data requests from Estimating and Pre‑Construction teams
• Demonstrate proficiency in safety management programs (e.g., Salus)
