OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Support Work Program Supervisor, the Sacred Care Support Worker is responsible for working alongside families and children to guide and assist them in achieving their goals. Shawenim Abinoojii's Inc. mission and values is to support families, and to provide First Nations cultural and spiritual connections to the children and youth in our care. This position will work in Winnipeg, the surrounding areas and/or the eight (8) Southeast First Nations Northern Communities we serve.
