About the Role

We’re seeking a tech-savvy and client-focused Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end software deployments for our construction SaaS platform. You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of our solution for contractors, developers, and construction firms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live

Conduct business process analysis to align our SaaS platform with customer workflows

Configure software settings based on customer requirements

Deliver training sessions and support users throughout the implementation process
