Solid experience with triaging defects, participating and leading triage meetings, and producing defect summary reports.
Extensive experience performing regression testing, manually and with automation scripts.
5–10 years of experience with a range of testing types: black‑box testing, penetration testing, security testing, system testing, unit testing, AODA, and UAT testing.
Extensive experience preparing detailed test cases and execution plans.
Hands‑on experience with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.
5–10 years of hands‑on experience with BRD activities.
Nice to Have
Prior OPS or public sector experience.
Contact centre experience.
Experience with development tools such as Java and AngularJS.
