Must haves
Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with significant experience leading or governing Microsoft Dynamics365–based implementations.
Demonstrated experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑year IT modernization or transformation initiatives.
Experience working within structured architecture, security, and delivery governance environments, preferably within public‑sector or OPS‑style contexts.
Proven ability to operate in a lead architectural role, while collaborating effectively with delivery teams, vendors, and enterprise stakeholders.
